You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. This gives you time to evaluate whether the course meets your needs.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@sysopsacademy.com with your order details and a brief note. We'll confirm your eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, after completing 30% or more of a course, or for bundles where substantial portions have been accessed. Promotional or discounted purchases may have different terms, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
